Gayle Miller

Gayle Miller works as a receptionist at Lebanon Physical Therapy. Gayle attended East Tennessee State University and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education. Gayle joined Lebanon Physical Therapy in 2004. She has experience with insurance billing and has worked for several medical facilities in the region. Gayle is married to Gerald Miller, and together they have two sons, Chance and Zac. In her spare time, Gayle enjoys all outdoor activities.
