Greg Cornforth, PT, SCS, CSCS

Greg Cornforth works as a licensed physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist at Lebanon Physical Therapy. Greg was born and raised in Quebec City, Canada. He completed a Health Science degree in college, and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy at world-renowned McGill University. Greg moved to Southwest Virginia in 1996 and began working as a physical therapist. Greg joined Lebanon Physical Therapy in 1999. He has been involved with Russell County and surrounding area sports teams since 1996, both on the sidelines assessing injuries, as well as rehabilitating athletes in the clinic. Greg became a board certified specialist in sports physical therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2003 and then certified as a strengh and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2004. In his spare time, Greg enjoys traveling with his wife Emily, and spending time with friends and family. He is a triathlete - running, biking, and kayaking, and loves playing most sports including golf, hockey, and tennis.
